Location is great ! I stayed at The W hotel in Brickell a few months back to try something “new” and let me tell you, the whole staff there was an extreme let down, from their spa staff, to the front desk and so on. When I think of the SLS LUX in Brickell I have only the best memories and great experiences with the whole staff. From the Bell men, to the valet, to the front desk and the high class hospitality of Mario at the front desk. Your staff, clean atmosphere, and gracious hospitality makes choosing the SLS LUX in Brickell a no brainer every visit. Thank you all so much!

I have lived in Miami my entire life and had never staying on Brickell. I chose the SLS Lux based on it's location close to a project I was working on as well as American Express points. We loved the location, the style of the hotel, the rooms, the comfortable beds.... the mini bar had so many great options, the fact that we had a washer/dryer was a bonus!

Everything exceeded our expectations! It was a great first impression from the moment we walked through the door and into the lobby -A very welcoming and inviting atmosphere. Francisco at the front desk was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole check- in/check-out process. The front desk manager, Mario, was superb and made our stay extra special. Really went above and beyond -something not often seen lately. Thalia at the front desk was very attentive to all guest that passed through the lobby and Friztner handled our small issue at 2am promptly. The room was huge, super clean and comfortable. The balcony was spacious and a nice place to relax in. Overall, a fantastic stay! It's the place to be when visiting/staying in Brickell. Can't wait to stay here again.
